Your phone rings at 8pm. Nobody’s there. We are.

The 2am call is answered, qualified, and written up before you open.

• The call that comes in at 2am is answered on the first ring, the same as the one at 2pm. There is no “closed” state to fall into.
• The caller is asked what they need, and their name and number are taken — so you open to a lead with a name on it rather than a voicemail icon.
• You get the call written up: what they wanted, how they sounded, and a recording you can play back before you call them.
• A booking made at midnight is checked against your real opening hours, so nothing gets promised for a time you are shut.
